Fine Wedding Bands If your ring is ever damaged during normal wear, Benchmark® will repair or replace your wedding ring free of charge* If you finger size changes, Benchmark® will re-size or replace your wedding ring free of charge* . * EXCLUSIONS: Any ring set with diamonds or other stones are not covered by this warranty/guarantee. Note: Rings or bands that are shipped back to us for warranty services must be accompanied by a $12.00 check or money order to cover insured shipping charges. The limited lifetime warranty card has two parts. The part the customer fills out must be submitted to Benchmark along with a copy of the store receipt within 30 days of the ring purchase to validate the guarantee. Upon receipt of the guarantee, Benchmark will send out a confirmation letter to you and within that letter Benchmark will list this store as the point of purchase for your ring. You must keep the other half of the numbered warranty card for reference purposes. Benchmark sends a guarantee with every carved band ordered. This guarantee is void if you choose to alter the finger size or ring design from its original state. Simply take the warranty card (provided when you purchased your ring) with your store receipt to an authorized Benchmark® retailer to facilitate the warranty service. The warranty card and your receipt must accompany your ring to validate warranty.
